Terms of Sale – Master Winder Last updated: 1 July 2026

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the customer and the seller, Master Winder. Any order placed on www.masterwinder.com constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

I / Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery time: Once dispatched, orders are delivered within an estimated 2 to 6 working days.
  • Total time: Total estimated delivery time from order to receipt is 4 to 8 working days.
  • Delivery costs: Shipping is free, regardless of order amount. Delivery is fully tracked, and a tracking number is provided by email once your order has shipped.

II / Price

Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include all applicable taxes. Master Winder reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The prices applied are those in effect at the time of your order. Delivery costs are confirmed before final checkout.

III / Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • Withdrawal period: In accordance with applicable UK consumer protection law, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
  • Notification: You must notify us of your decision by email at contact@masterwinder.com
  • Return conditions: Returned products must be new, unused, complete, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • No restocking fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Accuracy guarantee: If the winder you receive does not match the specifications listed on the product page, we will issue a full refund without requiring a return.
  • Refund timeline: Refunds are issued within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product, depending on your bank, via your original payment method.

IV / Statutory Guarantees

All products are covered by the statutory rights afforded to UK consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. In addition, Master Winder offers a 2-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects (motor, mechanism, electronic components) under normal conditions of use. In the event of a non-conformity or defect, please contact our customer service team with supporting evidence (photos, description of the issue).

Our customer service team is available for any question.

In the event of a dispute, we will first seek an amicable resolution.

Note: As Master Winder is a French-registered business, the mediation service used for French consumers (MEDICYS) does not apply to UK customers. If you wish to add a formal Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) clause for UK customers, this should be confirmed with a legal advisor familiar with UK consumer law, as the correct scheme depends on your specific business circumstances.

VI / Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
