Returns & Refunds Policy – Master Winder

At Master Winder, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item isn't right for you, you have the right to return it and receive a refund.

I / General Return Conditions

  • Withdrawal period: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
  • Eligible destinations: Our return service is available for orders shipped to the United Kingdom.
  • Return conditions: Returned products must be new, unused, complete, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your order number.
  • Return shipping costs: Return shipping is at your expense, except where the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
  • Accuracy guarantee: If the winder you receive does not match the specifications listed on the product page (capacity, dimensions, finish), we will issue a full refund without requiring a return.
  • Reasons for return: Returns are accepted for any reason within the 30-day window.

II / Return Procedure

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Notify us: Contact our customer service team at contact@masterwinder.com, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return costs: Return shipping for a change of mind or a non-defective item is the customer's responsibility. If the item is defective, doesn't match your order, or has non-conforming specifications, we will cover return shipping once this has been verified.
  3. Return address: Items must be sent to our processing centre at the following address: Master Winder – Returns Department, 31B rue Jules Védrines, 92240 Malakoff, France.
  4. Shipping: Pack the item carefully and drop off your parcel at a carrier collection point.

III / Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refund: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for your order. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Exchange: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you'd like is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
  • 2-Year Quality Guarantee: If a manufacturing defect appears within 2 years of purchase (motor failure, mechanism malfunction, faulty electronics under normal use), we will repair, replace, or refund the product.
