Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide a reason.

For your return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The product must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale.
• Proof of purchase must be included with the parcel.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or an item with a defect, you may request an exchange or a refund. Please contact us at contact@masterwinder.com with photos of the issue to help us process your request quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may take between 7 and 14 business days, depending on your bank.
