I / Products and Pricing

All products offered on Master Winder are presented with an accurate description and photographs. Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable VAT, but do not include delivery costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Products are sold subject to availability.

II / Orders

Placing an order on the site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service. Your order is confirmed once you click the "Pay" button or equivalent. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been validated.

III / Payment

Payments are accepted by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods shown at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and protected to keep your data secure.

IV / Shipping and Delivery

• Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Delivery time: Once shipped, orders are delivered within an estimated 5–10 business days.
• Total time: Total time from order to delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days.
• Delivery costs: Delivery costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

V / Right of Withdrawal and Returns

VI / Warranty

Products sold by Master Winder are covered by the statutory rights afforded to UK consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. In addition, Master Winder offers a 2-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects (motor, mechanism, electronic components) under normal conditions of use.

Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under UK law.
