I / Shipping and Delivery
- Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery time: Once shipped, orders are delivered within an estimated 5–10 business days.
- Total time: Total time from order to delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days.
- Delivery costs: Delivery costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.
II / Delivery Methods and Costs
Parcels are shipped via our partner carriers. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your parcel's journey.
III / Shipping Zone
Master Winder currently ships and delivers to the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to other countries at this time.
IV / Shipping Issues
- Delays: If your order has not arrived more than 30 days after it was confirmed, you may request cancellation of the sale and a full refund.
- Delivery address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address. Master Winder cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address.
- Damaged parcel: If your parcel arrives damaged, you should either refuse delivery or note a written reservation with the carrier. Any issue (missing item, broken item, non-conforming item) must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours.
